Unable to de activate services and putting charges on consume

I have Airtel mobile no 09878644017 using since more than one year. Some services got activated on my mobile due to un intentional reply by childrens to the service massage delivered by Airtel. Airtel started charging me on those services and i ask request the Airtel on 121, reference no 20148745 dated 9 Jan 09, reference no 836788046 dated 4 jan 09. and on 27 Dec 08 and one on 15 Dec 08 to de activate the services like Stardust, Word of the Day, Jumaani Astrology.
But services are not deactivated by Airtel with the axcuse that there is some problem with there server and is not getting the services de activated. So they are charging from me for the fault of there server.
