Customer care is zero for airtel india, i am using 9818500168 for last 3 years but cc in last three months pathetic, u keep on wating there is not even one call which will be attended. & if by chance one out of hundred u got a chance to talk to exe, they can not give u any solution, & if they say by your luck we will trannsfer the case to technical staff, then forget it, that is all the complete procedure for complaint resolution, but still i dont no how there CSR hOD, s still showe high customer satisfaction in their records & in news. its all fudge...
