I AM USING AIRTEL EC. I GOT A MSG FROM 64611010 THAT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.10 FOR THE RENEWAL OF JUMAANI DAILY ALERT.I AM SURPRISED TO SEE THAT BECAUSE I DIDNT SUBSCRIBE ANYTHING.WHEN I CONTACTED TE CUS.CARE NO:404.I SPOKE TO 3 PEOPLES .FIRST OF AL THEY DONT KNOW ABT THIS SERVICE.THEY ARE QUESTIONING ME WATS THIS? I AM COMPLAINING FOR THE PAST ONE AND HALF MONTH TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THERE IS RESPONSIBLE ACTION FROM THEIR SIDE.STILL NOW THEY ARE CHARGING RS.10 FOR EVERY 7 DAYS.FOR THE RETAILER ITSELF THEY ARE DOING LIKE THIS.THEN HOW THEY SERVICE THE CUSTOMER???
