Incorrect Charges

Hi

I am Sonal Arya from Pune. My mobile No. is 9970523353. I feel Airtel is the worst company in telecommunication Industry. I have faced too many problems, one of which is still not resolved. I call to CCE everyday and they just say 'complaint has been forwarded and will get resolve in 24hrs'. My problem is I had recharged for 38rs on 31st Dec 08 and the scheme is local calls airtel to airtel will be 40ps/min and other mobiles 1rs/min. Its being 12 dys I am getting charge for 1rs/min airtel to airtel. I have to call them everyday to ask for refund, I get refund amount but how long I will be getting charged for 1rs/min. I am now realy very fed up and I need to meet the higher athority.

Please can anyone assist me regarding the above issue I would be very thankful.
