Deactivation of m.igfun.com

All i just want to say that i need a refund of all my money lost in this service without recieving any benifit of the service, i have called up costumer care services number of times to deactivate the service but they just give me the assurance that the service must be deactivated but my money is still being deducted daily.

in the end i want the service to be deactivated and my money to be refunded.
