High bill and different plan

I took one postpaid connection . airtel executive told me that call rate is .50 rs per minute and roming charge also less but he was wrong, i got my bill with 1 rs per minute and it was so high.

it was so high that`s by i did not pay that bill now company forcing me with illegal way of life.

i am ready to pay that bill but at the rate of .50 rs per minutes and no other charge.
