Deduction of amount for friends chat

Airtel is deducting amount for my balance for Friends chatting. I have never used this facility and not interested to use this. Even after my continous objection on this deduction to customer care they have not stopped this deduction. Last they deducted on 22/012009.
I want to stop this deduction as I am not interested to use these kinds of chatting facilities.
