Complaint not taken care of for past 6 months, unreasonable disconnection of services

A tariff plan change was requested by me in August which was not taken care of. Subsequent bills calculated as per the wrong tariff plan (hence more than what i was liable to pay). No corrective action taken even after repaeated communication with the customer care. Matter continued till january when all dues where cleared. Irrespective of that, the services were disconnected from the phone on the same day. Services have not been restored even after repeated communication with customer care.
This is the height to which such hypocritical companies like Airtel play with the customer's time and test their patience. Where there should have been no problem at all, the matter has forced me to lodge a complaint against the company. Its high time they learnt a lesson.
