Dissatisfication regarding Postpaid airtel connection, 9003016228

I am a customer of Airtel postpaid service 9003016228 (Chennai). this is in regard with the bad service from the customer care of Airtel service. I have requested for the cancellation of my post paid number 9003016228 to nodalofficer. TN@airtel.in on jan 19th. after giving the request i didnot got any reply from airtel except the normal auto reply mails from airtel side mentioning that they have received my mail After 4 days again i forwarded the same cancellation mail to same email address on jan 22nd 2009 for which I received a mail without mentioning any statement regarding cancellation of my number, The reason behind my cancellation was I was not receiving any monthly bills of the above mentioned number for the past 7 months, when escalated the same to customer care, I got the reply that they had already delivered the bill and they mention the name of person who has received the bill (where as no such person will be available in my house which they states) but the funny part is that when a duplicate bill is sent to my billing address I am able to receive the same . even I was not informed via sms or any modes regarding my monthly bill amount and due date.. where as these options are there in another airtel connections... because I posses an another airtel connection.

Now I want to cancel my above mentioned number and I have already informed the customer care that due amount (only used charge) will be made once the same is getting disconnected.

So Kindly help in this matter
