I am the holder of connection from airtel mobile number 9896626966 and i being being charged rs.10/- per day for the services which i never got activated. i daily (From 1st January) receive a message from the company like this "thanks for using (subscription, textbased services) subscription service on Airtel...

I call at 121 atleast four times and requested to deactivate this service. They assured me to do the needful within 24 hours but nothing has been done till today. Please help me. Thanks.
