Sir,

I have lost my mobile on 19th Jan'09 which is activate with Airtel prepaid connection wide SIM No.is 9717562204. I have made a request for block this SIM on AIRTEL Complaint no.51111 at Airtel store Bungloroad, Kamla Nagar Delhi on Dated : 23th JAN'09 wide reference no is 012341771300 & they have ensured me that your SIM will be blocked within four hours.

But I am still waiting for neccesery action from your side for blocking / deactiviation of this no.

Request you to kindly block my SIM with current effect so that no body can misuse this SIM for unneccesery act in future.

I will be not responsible if any kind of misuse will happen through this SIM no. in future.
