Deactivate subscription

I want to de-activate the subscription of the following site. They are withdrawing Rs.10/- from my account when i am not using the wap connection or downloading anything. Please cancel the subscription as soon as possible. I need a re-funding as i haven't used the service.my cell no:-9957953146
