Not getting profit of friends card servic

Im airtel prepaid customer mim suffering from severe problem like i hv an friends card but m not getting that service due what i dont know? im hv been charging daily 11-15 rs for maiking calls to any one and for messages i hv complaints many time but it was not considered and airtel employees are not giving good respanse to me every they told me i hv to 48 hpurs but and now 480 hours passed still im not getting friends facilty so i want to solve my problem othervise i'll take strict actions against company and i want my 60 Rs refund within 4 hours othervise mim going to consumer court
