I had taken two connections together in Dec. The verification was done and I got the welcome letters for both the nos. I got the bills after one month and made the payment. On 26 Jan the outgoing calls on one of my numbers was deactivated due to negative address verification. When I called the Customer service they said there will be a new verification. After two days I again called cus ser and they asked me to go to nearest airtel outlet and they will activate it there itself because my verification was confirmed on my account, it's just that the airtel guys had entered sec32 instead of sec34 on one of my numbers. I went to sec61 outlet and the lady there said we cant activate it we will be sending a person for verifiaction and after two days your phone will be working. After 2 days I went to sector 18 outlet and the lady there said she had sent a mail to the concerned dept and she would call me in one hour but did not call i waited for 3 days. Yesterday I again called the cus ser and even spoke to shift manager but he said they could not help me as I had to ask my company to send a mail to airtel regarding this.
First of all this is a corporate acct but I pay my bills myself. I had taken the connections from the guy from airtel who sits outside the company so company has nothing to do with my connection.
Second point, I got my address verification done when I was present at home which means I had given the airtel guys the correct address but when those guys entered the info into their systems they entered the sector number wrong in one of the numbers and that is why one of the number is not working and the other is working fine.
If anyone at airtel has got trained on procedures and call handling kindly let me know because I really want to speak to one person who has really got some knowledge.

9971112041 and 9971112042 are my two airtel numbers and 9971112041 is not working.
