Whomsever it may concerened,

This is the one of the Airtel customer (9970428495). I am using the Airtel service from last 3 years, & really irritate from your rubbish & hopeless service. The latest problem regarding your service is - I am getting msg. from last 4-5 days like "Thanks for subscribing text based msg.service & u have been charged Rs. 10." It is without any subscription from my side. As u all people know, we are not getting the peanuts for work. Are u people accepting the penuts for sallary? As i had contact with ur customer care for 3-4 times, but as usual the responce is like - &-quot; our database not yet been updated"likewise.

Also there is no refund from ur side.

So finally I have decide to close your service & throw your sim in to gutter, & also to thinking to go to consumer court.

I am not hoping that u will rectfiey my problem.

Suggestion - - If u want to maintain the good relation with ur customers, try to maintain ur service like "IDEA"
