Outgoing deactivated: Reason given by customer care usage of multiple credit cards for paying bill

Hi,

My outgoingservices have benn disconnected since 30-jan. My latest bill amount of Rs. 1973/- only and my credit limit is Rs. 4500 (as per the latest bill), Due date for the latest bill is 8-Feb.

I called several times to customer care, mailed them, mailed nodal Officer of Mumbai region (I guess Abha Gupta is her name), visited Local Airtel Relationship Center. But not worth as stiil outgoing is barred.

I have asked them about the REASON for disconnecting the outgoing Services. The answer is USAGE OF MULTIPLE CARDS to pay the previous bills. No where it is written that we cannot use multiple credit cards to pay the bills. Moreover, I am using only one credit card so dont know why they are saying so.

When visited their Local Relationship center on Friday (30-jan) they asked for the latest statement of credit card used for paying the bill. I havesubmitted the statement on 31-jan and the executive (named chetana at Vashi sector 17 relationship center) infotmed that the outgoing will be active within 24 working hrs with a deadline of Monday (2-Feb) but that monday never came.

So I visited again to their local relationship Center, they said tomorrow (Tuesday, 3-Feb) it will be activated for sure. But still nothing is happening.

Please advise what action shall I take now?
