I tried to recharge my prepaid mobile through recharge voucher of Rs.20 but each time i tried i got service reply ads OBS: This is a new

service option so you need to specify a message here in your own language. What is this? When i recharged another airtel number with same recharge voucher, recharge was successfull. It was very important to recharge my number at that time. Inspite of many 7-8 tries i was not able to recharge my number, which lead to many problems.. If you cannot provide service to all customers why do you provide Service???
