Wrong Deduction

Hi,

This stupid company is deducting my 20 rs daily on the name of IGMOBILE, i have not activated any service. and wen i call on there customer care no. they tell that the amount is been refunded back but its not been done yet and daily my 20 rs is deducting. my phone no. is 09897031142.

If this forum is suitable enough to resolve this complain then i really appreaciate it.
