Unable to send msg

I am airtel prepaid customer from punjab. having number (9915271063) I have a problem that, when i send some one message and if by any reason (message receiver mobile switch off, or out of coverage area) message goes in pending. It fails after exact 1 hour. If have contacted many time customer care, but no benefit.

If we are paying for the sms. Than the company should deliver it. Or company should increase the message validity time.

pls do needfull as soon
