Deduction of Rs 99

My Airtel Mobile no is 9600147166

I was using Airtel Live on 20 January at 20:52 and I found a link. I clicked on it as it wasn't written that some amount would be deducted. And I didn't download the Game. But the my Rs 99 was deducted from my Account. After several complaints nothing happened. I know it is a matter of Rs 99 but there should be some intimation. As it says in Yahoo of Airtel Live. Again it deducted Rs 20 on January 22 at 12:38 pm as I haven't at that time activated GPRS.

The total amount came to Rs 119.I know that it is a small amount. But the frustration caused by it to the customer, who have a faith in the Airtel should be respected.
