Charges of Rs. 99

Dear Manager,

I am a practicing Chartered Accountant in Chennai. I am using Airtel postpaid connection vide mobile number 9840366145 for the past 4 years. When i was received my past bill, realy i was shocked in my bill they have charged Rs. 99/- towards some domnload charges. I am using my phone only calling purpose only. I never goes for downloading and all. When i was called for the customer care of the esteemed company, i was answered that they cant do anything in regards. I would like you to inquire about it.
