Bharti PF not recived

Its been more than 2 yrs but still not recived the PF, Although i have logged many complaints on the PF site also, Now i do not know what to do and is there really any regulatory authority to control the functioning of the PF office.

Kindly help me to get the contact details of some office where i can go and address my issue
