ISD call from my number without my knowledge

Dear Sir/ Madam
On 16/02/09 I recharged my number (9741715884) with Rs 200/-. I have hardly made calls of Rs 10/- including 01 STD call of about 02mins duration. But at17/02/09 early morning I found my available balance Rs24.97Ps and at morning 09.00AM it became Rs06.53Ps automatically. When I contacted customer care I was informed that ISD call to dubai from my number has been made at 08.48AM on 17/02/09.and the same has been made before also. But for your information from 16/02/09, 06.54PM till launching this complain ie. 17/02/09, 12.00Noon not a single out going call whether local/STD/ISD was made from my mobile phone.
Therefore, requesting you to help me in this regard and refund my money.
