Not make my outgoing calls

Hello, i was paid my airtel mobile bill.but after that my mobile not make a call. i talk with custmore care he was abused me and not started my airtel services. he said i was not getting your cheque but i gave him before 5days . but he stop my services. i want to camplait in court because he was abused me and loss me . it suffer in my business and i losss of 5lacs. i want reply otherwise i go to court against your services.
