I have been making complaints about poor coverage, call drop, callcutting, convesation inaudible to the called subscriber for the last one month without any diffrence nor the complaints being registered, .The call centre executives are immature, incompetant andverge on the idiotic to comical. The company must send tech reps to the sites where such problems are experienced to analyse and take corrective measures which is not undertaken, Further the call centre so called executives are unable or incompetant to deal with complaints and there must be senior executives to deal effectively to respond to complaints andtake immediate and proper action.
