No activation of outgoing

I have fone number 9004357792, I request for change of service from postpaid to prepaid, I paid outstanding as goregaon airtel centre, I also paid Rs 110 for life time prepaid and talk of time of Rs 97. I complain to nodle officer. I paid all this amount on 14th feb. But still airtel not activated outgoing. I purchase this two cell 9004357792 and 904357793 for my parent fro emergency. Very poor approch by airtel centre goregaon. Ref number 279664758 dated 21 feb and 322447853 dated 24 feb. waiting for reply.
