A deduction of Rs.630/- has been made from my outstanding balance on 25.2.2009 from my Airtel Prepaid Number 9815998131 on account of various Airtel Service like 64611010, 64611015, 64611099 etc.whereas I has neither subscribed any of such service nor downloaded any of these contents. I simply tried to login Yahoo Messger WAP portal but failed time and again. The matter was brought to the notice of Customer Care at 121 as well as GPRS technical helpline but no satisfactory reply was given.
This is also brought to the notice that I am using this number from November and I have never downloaded any of such contents ever. The matter may be looked into failing which I will be compelled to discontinue the said number due to the charges willfully imposed for the services not utilised by me.
