Bad service insted of many complaints

I have a Airtel postpaid connection since 5-6 years. i have shifted to a new house and in Aug i have logged a complaint with customer care reagrding the bad netwrk at my home. the complaint is not yet resolved and when i call the customer care they say we need some more time.

Since last 4 5 days i am not able to make any call in the evening to any of the Airtel numebers specially in Pune city. Please do something to solve this as soon as possible else i will have to switch to some other operator. FYI. i will have to cancel all the 3 numbers if the servie is not improved.
