Airtel Sim Card Re-issue (simex)

I have submited all the required document for re-issue of "AIRTEL SIM card" at airtel office at BADI SADAK, JALNA-431203 Maharashtra.

Now that office is closed. So i submiteed again all document to antoher airtel office "SANDEEP TRADERS" office in on OLD MONDA, BUS-STAND ROAD, JALNA-431203, Maharashtra.

"When i call to customer care they say document not recived and that airtel office say we have forwarded document" this is happening from 1 month.

I have submitted documet 5-6 times.

Today it is nearly 1 month complete i have applied for reissue of Airtel SIM card.

I got SIM CARD NO 899190080210301197 1 my mobile no is 9890346899.

Card shows network range but incoming and outgoing is blocked.

Please Help me,
