Deduction of balance for no reason

My mobile number is 9860891755 and on friday 27/02 at 1:30 pm my balance got deducted by 185 rs I logged a complaint on the same day (complaint no: 02219745600) I also got the call from Airtel side telling that it was their fault and balance will be credited in 24 hours but i havent got the balance yet and when I call them back they say that concern dept. has not solved the problem and you have to register another complaint to get balance back. But frankly speaking from last 4 Years Airtel is doing the same with its customers ie. deducting the balance without any reason and not refunding it.

So i request That an action should be taken in this matter.
