I am Jessica Singh, an Airtel Customer, I have an Airtel Broadband connection and I don't have a landline connection. But whenever the bill comes certain amount call charges and charges for hello tunes are added. We don't even have an instrument for the landline connection but every month these extra charges are added to our bill.
Airtel has good services overall but in spite of complaining many times over phone and in person no action has been taken in this regard.
