I am observing network problem on my Airtel mobile 9860352605 in my residence since last 4-5 days.

I am not getting any incoming calls, even if mobile shows full range & network name. My friends, relatives, tried to call me no. of times in last 4-5 days and all are observing the same message as "No answer". They not able to hear any message nor any ringtone when they call. The probelm is only at my residence & I am staying there since last more than year now and never observed such problem. This is 1st time this kind of problem is observed. I already lodged the complaint on Airtel Customer service but there is no solution provided from Customer care executive.

Please clarify whether you will be able to solve this problem or not.
