Airtel
Not refunding money

I have applied for a net connection from Airtel on 14-06-08, at that time they told me that it would take atmost 3 days to start this but due to some range proplem as they have said to me the net was not connected and they told me that they will refund my money i.e, of Rs800/- with in a month but now u can calculate that its been more than 8 months and i am running behind them no. of times all these months, they always tell me that they gonna inform me but every time i have to go there, please i am an student of engg. n its tough for me to find rather waste my time into this, so please help me out ithink i have wasted more money on petrol as there office is atleast 4 km away from my house .ihave seen ur program on T.V. and i know now only you can help[ me out.
