Wrong & unfair deduction of balance

Hi. My name is krunal sagar & my prepaid no. Is 9892681898. I hav a complant regarding the deduction of my balance which was deducted on approx 27/02/09, it was reduced by approx Rs. 95/- and around 14 days back it was reduced by another Rs.80/- approx 4 this i had complained on helpline & was being told that the amount wud be credited back but nothing has been done nor i hav been given any info for the reduction in balance so request u 2 pls look into the matter & recredit the deducted balance as it has wrongly deducted & also when we call on helpline systems r always down & officers also disconnects call after sometime. Waiting 4 a favourable response
