I am using 2 connections of airtel in kochin and my other number had a outstanding balance, while i was in delhi and i made the payment in delhi 2 months back and now they are telling me that i have not made any payment, on the other side they have disconnected my service of other number also as there is no out standing. and yhis all has been done without informing me.
