Deactivation of services

My mobile No. is 9860105556. Since from 12.02. I have requested to Airtel to deactivate the suvidha of Rs.2/- pratidin ke darse etc... I have send the several messages to the Airtel in the month of February-09 and March-09 (i.e. on 12/02, 14/02, 16/02, 17/02, 19/02, 21/02, 2/.02, 28/02, 02/03 & 04/03) requesting for deactivation of the said services. However, till today the service is not deactivated by the Airtel. I have made the calls to 121 also but in-vain. Now Airtel is deducted Rs.2/- per day from my account. Pl.do something.
