Fraud calls from airtel

Hi,

3 weeks i received a call from Sheena from Airtel, 9987060568 . she said there was a scheam wherein rental was 0 and 300 sms and 300 mins talktime was free. i gave two numbers and she charged me 1200 which was refundable, however till today my plan has not been changed. i called on same number everyday they say sheena is not on desk, This is a Complete Fraud case, kindly look into this matter.
