Echarge not added in balance

I am a airtel customer from maharastra, my mobile No. is 9960248595 . RECENTLY I recharged Rs 175 /- on 12/03 & again Rs 175/ on 13/03/09, I recieved a message both times that recharge successful & talktime is Rs 156/- . But the amount is not added in my balance. I have complained a no. of times on 9890098900, every time a new person attends the call & and I tried explaining him my problem.

they have given me reference no. for my complaint as 0313375099

request you to kindly look into the matter and credit the amount to my balance
