Rpeatedly I am facing support issues with Airtel Customer support. Very frequently N/w issues and nothing will be solved at the level of Customercare.

I am having this connection for more than 8 years and looks like it is high time for me to change the service provider. Since past 2 days I am unable to make / receive calls (9845308978) and resolution time is give 1st of APRIL .

Also pathetic website. As per your website Mamata Prabhu - 9972534865 is the nodal officer. But if you dial that number it says service unavailable :-)))

Issue has been escalated to Nodal Officer & Appellate Authority. Nodal Officer has taken 2 days to respond to the mail & Appellate Authority doesn't have time to respond to customer escalation mail.

Absolutely there is no difference in attitude, responsibility and ownership between customercare executive and Nodal Officer. Any how, Appellate Authority has no time to respond.

I would like to know how this can be handled in a legal per view.
