Dear sir,

Now a days, Response from the airtel prepaid customer care is not at all good they are not valuing customers, they are just putting down the calls when we are asking queries and i think they are not well trained and they took the seat to response to customers this a bloody this is carried over in airtel, . this is a big issue and today i called so many times to customer care they done the same thing . and i thought to book compliant in consumer complaint iam booking this . if they are not suppose to understand the customer needs then why the bloody customer service they are providing and what is the need of that company "AIRTEL" many other services doing the better service compared to airtel. Customer is more important to survice in any buisiness. but the airtel prepaid is recruiting and not providing good services to customers.
