Temporary cut of my connection without any information

Dear Sir,

I am using airtel connection since long time 2-3 years, now i submitted my application Airtel outlet, garh road, meerut for changing the plan on 9th March On 22nd Evening i tried to phone but recd message -nos are not correct 1 no tried, other no tried failed, i querried and came to know that my connection is temporary withdrawn without any information, i am unable to understand why? As I have deposited again my id proof at Garh Road, again I visited at Garh Road, Meerut, application with ID proof is pending still in drawer, I get received a copy of my application and came back, still it is not in working condition.
