Disturbing freequently by tellicall

We are totally disturbed by your customer care executives, regarding bill payments. Bill payments are collected by your collection boys, they giving reciepts, after this procedures again your guys tellicalling freequntly, and making missed calls, while we might be in meetings or driving many times we informed them don't disturb, and we give our company contact person any thing regarding the bills details (accounts manager mob: no:) that time they making more and more disturbences and irritating dialouges.

And we informed your collection boys, and he told us the calls making from Madras, and assured to solve the complaints, but the same day comes missed calls.
