Wrong Deduction

On 20-Mar, Rs 10 for 10 days was deducted regarding Airtel Friendz chat.

0n 24-Mar, Rs 20 for 20 days was deducted for the same.

Once i hav paid for 10 days how come it has been deducted again. All the customer care numbers hav been blocked. PLEASE HELP ME OUT.

This is not the first time i am facing a/c related problem.

I Beleive Airtel Quality has started to detoriate substantially.
