Unauthorised deduction of bill

My mobile no. is 9971138839.I have activated this no. in 13 Dec. On 24th I have got a message that your "Mitti ke Rang" servuce will be renewed. When asked regarding this to the custimer care they told that this service has been activated on your number from last four months. Then I told them the story & they have given back the money. But after that on around 24th of every month they deduct the same and after calling the customer care they return the same. Each time I told them to deactivate the scheme and they people say that sorry sir this will not happen any more. But now again on 24 Mar 09 the money is deducted. I am a custemer of Delhi and now I am at Bangalore. Every month this Airtel is harrasing me. Please help me. This time I want to take the help of the Court of Law.
