Recieving calls after DND activated since 1 yea

Sir,

I am using Airtel sim and my cell no. is 9760855361. I have activated Do not Disturb service since 1 Year, but I am getting calls and SMS's from Airtel continuously. I have complaint to costumer care several times but it has not made any effect on them. From costumer care, I got the information that my DND has been activated since 1 year and I will not get any calls or SMS/ But I am fed up of calls and SMS on my mobile phone, they are continuously coming.

Please do the needful.
