Not able to reach customer care

I saw my bill of this current month and wants to verify few things, but from that day on wards i tried four consecutive days waiting and responding all the instructions of that telephone machine when it is time to get connected it will get cut it is so frustating and annowing at the same time how do anyone reach them specially for complaints or so
