Excessive loot

I have been using an airtel mobile connection since the past 4 years. I started with a prepaid card but later i converted it into a post paid one. Earlier the bill used to be about Rs 300 to Rs 400.However, teh bill started to increase day by day in every next bill with a simmilar usage of my phone.

10 days back, i enabled teh gprs and gps service on my connection. I was told that all i have to pay for teh gprs is 249 per month and Rs199 for a monthly subscription of GPS.However, today i received a message that my current unbilled amount is Rs 5600, which is just unbelievable as all my previous dues are paid.

I am highly annoyed by this kind of an open loot by this company since a ling period but i have stuck to this connection as i do not want to change my number.

I really want to take some serious action otherwise airtel will keep on looting people the same way.

Please help me on this.
