Mobile office activation

On april 5 when i activate mobile office in my number (9880993278) approximately between 7 to 9 pm I get configuration setting to save. After seving I used net, but after few times pocket data connection get ended & balance get reduced from 50 ruppes to 3 ruppes. But i get sms of free 1 day activation of mobile office after sendig sms MO in 56123 during activation. Here the rule of this activation is that, only 20 rupees have to reduced for 24 hours & free online is provided in that number.

when i contact about my problem to care service "they told me that sorry & it happen due to server problem." But the question is they can sms me at that time & after knowing it i must dis connect mobile office at that time. Also when i ask them what i do now they just refused me & just try to ignore it just like a nonsence activity.

I think its very sad...
