My number is deactivated without any reason

I taken the airtel connection on 19th march with the number -- 9665064399.

from your side this so barred for outgoing saying tht my usage is zero but actually i have a usage of 200 minutes. & now my all services are barred from your side. plz activate my all services as early as possible.

I tried your 121 service they told me tht they cant have my all account details plz go to the ARC. when i go to ARC at nanded ARC told me tht they cant activate it because your connection is from pune. plz activate my number i m facing too much problem because of tht.
