WITH REFERNCESS TO OUR TELEPHONIC TALK WITH Mr. RUPAK DEY AT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES HE IS AGAIN SAYING THAT THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER YOUR LINE FROM POST PAID TO PRE PAID WITHOUT TRADE LIC. AS THIS IS COMPANY PAID CONEECTION AS OF NOW I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PAYMENT OF MINE ALL THE THREE CONNECTION.

I WILL NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT FOR ALL THESE THREE NO. 9831677606/9831884322/9831674323 .

ALSO I AM GOING TO LODGE A COMPLAIN AGAINST THESE INTERACTION WITH ATTACHED E-MAIL RECORD TO THE CONSUMER GREVIENCE DEPT.AS I AM SUFFERING FROM LAST THREE MONTH AND I KNOW THEY WILL TAKE CARE FOR THE SAME .

Please be informed that the excess balance will be transferred to your prepaid account after your last bill gets generated and any shortfall balance will be recovered from the available balance in prepaid account.

The excess credit balance if any in your Postpaid account will be transferred to your Prepaid account after your final bill (Post Suspension) get generated.

EVERY TIME YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES SAID TO VISIT ANY AIRTEL OUTLET AND I HAD VISITED AT MUSKARAS MORE THAN FIVE TIMES . THEY SAID COME WITH THE TRADE LICENSE AS THE COMPANY HAS BEEN CLOSED FROM WHERE I WILL GET THE TRADE LICENSE.

AT LAST I AM GIVING YOU MY LAST MAIL AND IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVE FROM YOUR END AND I WILL TAKE THOSE STEP WHICH I DO NOT WANT TO DO.
